Return Policy 

We are pleased to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 14 days from the date the order was delivered to you. To return an order, you can fill out and submit a return form. Once we have received your return request, we will send you a return label and provide instructions for the next steps.

*We only accept returns, in the same condition in which you received them. All items must be returned in perfect new-like resalable condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dust bags) with tags and protective film and protective paper still attached on the hardware. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn, not in their original packaging or missing any packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you. 

All customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and the respective cost will be deducted from your refund (we will refund the price of the product in full, excluding the cost of sending the product to you, where applicable; excluding any import taxes and duties paid by us, where applicable; and deducting the cost of returning the product to us). If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, any shipping and customs charges incurred will be deducted from your refund. Custom duties and taxes are non refundable. 

Please note all orders are shipped globally directly from our warehouse in Turkey and delivered directly to your home. Returns from locations outside of Turkey to our warehouse in Turkey usually take up to 14 business days; however, this may be extended by an additional 14 days due to customs clearance processes. Any delays caused by logistics issues will extend the return period accordingly.

Once we have received your returned item and completed the quality check, it may take up to 15 business days to process your refund depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation of this once it has been completed. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. If your refund has not been credited to your account, please contact your bank.

If you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the return/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us.

Return Shipping Method

To ensure a quick and seamless return process, returns from the United States, Canada, France, Italy and Germany, must be shipped back to us via FedEx, while returns from all other destinations must be shipped via DHL Express. These carriers are our trusted partners as they allow return packages to move smoothly through customs and reach us without unnecessary delays, minimizing the risk of complications.

Why FedEx (United States, Canada, France, Italy and Germany) and DHL Express (Worldwide)?

When you use the official return label provided by our team (FedEx for US / DHL Express for worldwide), your package will clear customs quickly, ensuring a fast and hassle-free return. If you choose another shipping method (e.g. DHL Standard/Parcel Shipping or another carrier), please be aware that;

- Customs processing times may vary.
- Delays are more likely, especially if additional documentation is required.
- The return process may become more complicated, potentially resulting in extra fees or longer transit times.

For these reasons, we highly recommend using FedEx for United States, Canada, France, Italy and Germany returns and DHL Express for all other returns, to guarantee your package is processed as efficiently as possible.

AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed we cannot guarantee we can cancel or amend it, however we will do our best to do so. Should you want to amend your order for any reason, we are happy to cancel your initial order so a new purchase can be made. Once your order has been shipped, amendments and cancellations with the courier are not possible. We recommend returning your order and placing a new one.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS

We do offer customers a pre-order option on a selection of our products. Please be aware that shipping dates on pre-order items are estimates only and goods are not guaranteed to ship on the date listed. All Pre-Order items are subject to delays and cancellations during production. In the event of this the customer will be notified accordingly.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked as Final Sale are offered at special pricing and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
